PER THE TERMS OF OUR END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND OFFERINGS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU BY WWW.SCALAR-TECH.CO (THE “COMPANY,” “WE,” “US,” AND “OUR”). CAPITALIZED TERMS NOT DEFINED HEREIN SHALL HAVE THE MEANINGS ASCRIBED TO THEM IN THE EULA. PRIOR TO USING THE SOFTWARE AND OFFERINGS, YOU SHOULD READ THE ENTIRETY OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

This Privacy Policy sets forth important information with respect to how we use, collect, share and disclose information we obtain in connection with your use of our Software and Offerings. By reading this Privacy Policy, you will be better informed about how you wish to use our Software and Offerings, including the information you provide to us in connection with such use, as well as your options to manage the information we collect from you in connection with such use. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy or the EULA, your only recourse is to immediately cease using the Software and Offerings.

Only the Software and Offerings referenced in the EULA are subject to this Privacy Policy and all other applications, services and websites containing different terms of use or privacy policy shall be governed by those policies, respectively.

How this Application Uses Google Data

For your convenience, we have summarized the important aspects of our Privacy Policy below, but you should ready the entire Privacy Policy to fully understand our privacy practices.

  • 1. We do NOT have access to your passwords. Our application utilizes OAuth 2.0, which is an industry-standard, secure protocol that protects your password.
  • 2. We only ask for the minimum permissions needed to deliver the features that we promised you.
  • 3. The purpose of our extension is to allow you to view your Google user data. That is the only reason we access Google user data. Your Google user data is only accessed in order to display it to you, nothing else.
  • 4. We do not share your Google user data with anyone else other than you.
  • 5. We only use your Google data to deliver the features of the application that were disclosed to you, nothing else.
  • 6. We never transfer your Google data to any other party.
  • 7. Your Google data will never be used for the purpose of serving or targeting advertising.
  • 8. We do not store your Google data, where humans could access or read it.

Privacy Policy Summary

While not a substitute for reading this Privacy Policy in its entirety, below is a brief summary of this Privacy Policy’s important provisions:

  • 1. When you use our Software and Offerings, we will collect Personal Information and Non-Personal Information from you.
  • 2. The information we collect from you is based both on information you provide and information derived from your use of the Software and Offerings.
  • 3. We reserve the right to, and often will, share your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information with third parties for any of the following reasons:

    a. For use and processing by us for any reason, including commercial exploitation;

    b. In order to provide the Software and Offerings to you and to fulfill your requests when using the Software and Offerings; and

Our Information Collection Practices.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information by which you can be personally identified, including your name, phone number, address, email, social security number and billing information. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Non-Personal Information” means information concerning you or your use of the Software and Offerings that cannot personally identify you.

When you use our Software and Offerings, we may obtain both your Personal and Non-Personal Information.

Information We Gather Based on Your use of the Software and Offerings.

The purpose of our extension is to allow you to view your Google user data. That is the only reason we access Google user data. Your Google user data is only accessed in order to display it to you, nothing else.

In connection with your use of the Software and Offerings, we use web beacons, cookies (including Flash cookies), web log information, and unique device identifiers to enable us to collect information from you. We may share this information with third parties, who use such information for a variety purposes (as set forth herein), including providing advertising to you, managing their own services (as may be made available through the Offerings) and their general reporting purposes. The information we collect in connection with your use of our Software and Offerings includes:

  • 1. When and for how long you use our Software Offerings, the types of requests you submit through our Software and Offerings, the browser used by you to access our Software and Offerings, the last URL you visited in order to reach our Software and Offerings, your language preferences in connection with your use of our Software and Offerings.
  • 2.What device you use to access our Software and Offerings, device identifiers associated with the device, including if it is a mobile or computer device, the type of hardware, the operating system used on the computer device, the Internet Protocol address for the device, and the means and method by which you downloaded any of our Software.
  • 3. Where you are located when you access our Software and Offerings, if available, and any precise location information you provide us, either manually or by enabling geo-location services on your device.

Information We Gather Directly From You.

We also gather information (including Personal Information) directly from you when you provide it to us, such as when you sign in or register to use our Software and our Offerings, or which you provide when you utilize our Software and Offerings, such as when you post information through the Software and Offerings, or if you correspond with us directly. We may use all such information as provided in this Privacy Policy and the EULA.

Information You Post.

Some of our Offerings enable you to communicate with other users of the Offerings. To the extent you share information in the course of such communication, we may use it, as may the parties with which you share this information. We do not control use by those other users of the Offerings of the information you share with them, so you are encouraged to use caution in what you share. Additionally, all of this information, to the extent it is in a public forum within the Offerings, or on a social network, plug-in, or application, may very well become publicly available information, which may be further disseminated by third parties, depending on what privacy settings you maintain. There can be no expectation that the information you post to public forums will be or kept private.

Information You Import.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, a “Social Network” is any third party social network service, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter. Some of our Software and Offerings may allow you to connect your use of the Software and Offerings to a Social Network. In some cases, you will be able to log in to our Software and Offerings using information available from your Social Network accounts. You agree to allow us to import your Social Network account profile and/or information when you choose to use this option, if available. If you do so, the profile and/or information obtained from the Social Network will be determined based on your privacy setting with such Social Network, which will authenticate your credentials prior to allowing us to import your information to the Offerings. You agree that we can use and store, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any information (i.e., Your Content) we obtain from Social Networks you use in this manner. When you use a Social Network to create a user profile or set up use of the Offerings with us, we will use your first name from such Social Network as your user name, and will also use the following information available to us: gender, location, interests, age/date of birth, photos and other information provided by the Social Network.

Other Participation.

From time to time, we may offer sweepstakes, surveys and contests through the Software and Offerings. If you choose to participate in any of the foregoing, you may be required to provide us with information in order to be eligible for same. We can use any information obtained from your participation as set forth in this Privacy Policy, the EULA, and any official rules associated with same without further limitation. Any such participation is completely voluntary.

1. Our Information Use.

We may use the information we collect from you, including your Personal Information, for a number of purposes, including:

  • 1. The purpose of our extension is to allow you to view your Google user data. That is the only reason we access Google user data. Your Google user data is only accessed in order to display it to you, nothing else.
  • 2. To service your accounts with us and to respond to any requests for services you may submit through the Software and Offerings, as well as to communicate with you about additional Offerings we may have.
  • 3. To offer you additional services and products available through the Software and Offerings, including advertising the products and services of third parties.
  • 4. To facilitate the servicing of our business, including by aggregating your information with the information of other users to determine our total users, the demographic information of our users, and the overall preferences of our users, as well as preparing reports related to same.
  • 5. To share such information with third parties, including advertisers and other business partners (“Business Partners”), that may be interested in your information, either individually or in the aggregate with other of our users, to make offers to you or for other commercial purposes.
  • 6. To improve our business, including by developing new Offerings.
  • 7. To conduct research on our own behalf or on behalf of third parties.
  • 8. To contact you, including via email when you have provided us with your email, subject to your right to opt out of such emails, unless needed for the ongoing operation of the Offerings or related to your use of the Software and Offerings.
  • We may also combine your Personal Information with Non-Personal Information, including any information obtained by us from our Business Partners or other third party sources. To the extent Personal Information and Non-Personal Information is combined by us, we will treat it as Personal Information for so long as it is so combined.

2. Our Information Sharing Practices.

We only use your Google data to deliver the features of the application that were disclosed to you, nothing else.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Business Partners” means any third party we partner with to provide you with the Software and Offerings, advertising, offers, additional services, and Third Party Content, or to assist us with any of the foregoing. We reserve the right to share your information, including Personal Information, with our Business Purposes, for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and the EULA. We also reserve the right to allow our Business Partners to collect your information, including your Personal Information, directly when you use the Software and Offerings.

Your information, including your Personal Information, may also be shared with third parties, including our Business Partners in other situations, such as (without limitation):

  • 1. When you give your consent for us to do so (for which no further notice to you will be required).
  • 2. When necessary or beneficial to us or our Business Partners to enable the provision of some or all of the Software and Offerings to you, or other services offered by such Business Partners, including in connection with processing payment information, performing research or analysis of our users, creating databases, communicating to you, and offering you additional software, Offerings, products, services, whether our own or those of third parties.
  • 3. As necessary to comply with any legal requirement, including applicable law, court order or other judicial process.
  • 4. As necessary to address any suspected illegal activities in connection with the use of our Software and Offerings, such as fraud or personal injury, as well as to prevent same, in connection with the use of our Software and Offerings per the EULA.
  • 5. With our affiliates, including our parent company, subsidiaries, sister-companies, or any other party with which we are under common control, who may use such information in conformity with this Privacy Policy.
  • 6. In connection with a change of control of the Company, to any successor in interest without further notice to or consent from you, including any sale of assets by us to a third party or an affiliate, a merger of the Company with a third party or an affiliate, or any other reorganization, or liquidation, which pertains to your information.
  • 7. To the extent any of the information you provide us, including your Personal Information, constitutes business information, we assume no obligation to delete such information, which may be retained by us and may continue to be used by us as set forth in this Privacy Policy and the EULA, except for credit card information, which will not be transferred unless such transfer is needed to continue to provide you with the Software and Offerings.

3. Access to Your Information by Third Parties.

To the extent any third party gains access to your information, including Personal Information, as a result of your use of the Software and Offerings, we shall not be responsible for any actions by them in connection with their collection, use, storage, or modification of such information in any way, which is governed by applicable law. You should contact the relevant third party with respect to any claims you may have with respect to such third party’s use of your information. Nevertheless, you may contact us at [email protected] if you believe a third party’s practices are in violation of your applicable rights. We may choose to respond to such inquiry in our sole discretion, but do not undertake to remedy any issue you may have.

We fully disclaim and shall have no liability or obligation to you in connection with any third party actions or omissions concerning your information, including where such third party gained access to your information through the Software and Offerings.

If any aspect of our Software and Offerings link to a third party’s software and offerings, the privacy policy of such third party shall control with respect to your use of that third party software and offerings. We shall have no obligations to you in connection with such Third Party’s use of information governed by such third party privacy policy or such third party software and offerings in general.

4. Modifying the Information You Provide Us.

While it may not always be possible, you can contact us at [email protected] to review and modify the Personal Information you provide to us. If we are unable to verify your identify, we will not be able to provide you with access to or the ability to modify your Personal Information. To the extent we can access and/or modify your Personal Information, we will do so in accordance with and as required by applicable law.

5. About Cookies.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, a “cookie” is a small file containing information, such as your user preferences, that is maintained on your browser and which communicates back to us when you access our Software and Offerings. When you use our Software and Offerings, we may send your computer or mobile device a cookie that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve our Software and Offerings, as allowed pursuant to this Privacy Policy and our EULA, including to customize your experience when using our Software and Offerings, such as by recognizing your language preferences, honoring any customization requests you have made or that we believe will be useful to you, and to analyze your interaction with our Software and Offerings. Our Cookies will only be readable by the servers that placed them. While most browsers are pre-set to accept cookies, you can oftentimes control these settings within your browser, including by refusing them. We may use web analytics companies to help us analyze the use and effectiveness of our Software and Offerings. If we do so, these web analytics companies may also place cookies and web beacons on your computer in connection with your use of our Software and Offerings. The information collected by web analytics companies can include, without limitation, information about user preferences, click-through rates, and other measurable events in connection with your use of the Software and Offerings. We will use the information gathered by these web analytics companies to improve our business, Software and Offerings. Notwithstanding that this information is collected by a third party, we control its use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

6. The Security of our Software and Offerings.

The protection of your Personal Information is a serious concern for us. We use a number of electronic processes and physical protections to protect your information and to comply with applicable laws with respect to same. For instance, only our employees, contractors and third party service providers or those of our Business Partners will have access to your Personal Information. However, no system is fully protected and we cannot provide any guarantees that your information will not be subject to unauthorized access or hacking, or that there will not be any breach or loss of your information when you use our Software and Offerings. Therefore, use of our Software and Offerings is at your sole and exclusive risk. It is recommended that you take your own precautions to protect your information, including by the use of a secure Internet browser and regularly changing your passwords and usernames to ensure that the risk of unauthorized access is limited.

7. Use of the Software and Offerings by Individuals Under 18.

Our Software and Offerings are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. If you are under age, you must not use our Software and Offerings and must not provide us any Personal Information. We will never knowingly collect, maintain, process or disclose Personal Information from individuals under the age 18, unless required by law. You may contact us at [email protected] if you believe that we have collected Personal Information about a visitor or end-user who is under the age of 18, and such account and/or Personal Information will be deleted to the best of our ability. 8. California’s “Shine The Light” law.

California’s "Shine The Light" law (Civil Code Section 1798.83), enables California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. If you would like to make such a request, you must certify that you are a California resident and provide us with a current California address. Such requests may be made only once a year, are free of charge and must have "Your California Privacy Rights" in the body of your request, along with your name, street address, city, state and zip code. In the body of your request, you should provide enough information for us to determine if this applies to you or we will not be able to process your request. We will not be responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly or that do not have complete information. Such request may only be sent via email to us at [email protected]. No other form of delivery will be accepted.

9. Policy Changes.

The Company may change this Privacy Policy at will. We will post such changes at www.inboxtab.com/privacy, unless the changes are significant, in which case we will provide you with a more prominent notice. After a change to this Privacy Policy has been made and notice provided, if you continue to use our Software and Offerings, you will be deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy, as modified.

10. Governing Law.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws set forth in the EULA. The laws of certain jurisdictions may prohibit or restrict the use of our Software and Offerings. If you nevertheless use our Software and Offerings in such jurisdictions, you do so at your own risk. You shall be solely responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations. In certain circumstances, we may choose to limit or deny accessibility to some or all of our Software and Offerings based on applicable laws, as determined by us. By using our Software and Offerings, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to other countries, such as the United States, which may provide a level of privacy and data security substantially different and less than the country in which you reside. As such, you are also consenting to the application of United States law in all matters concerning the Software and Offerings.
